Sabrina Rettinger, SHRM-CP

Sabrina Rettinger, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sabrina currently holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Encore Wellness since August 2021. Previously, they served as the Human Resources/Payroll Manager at LAS VEGAS UROLOGY from June 2020 to October 2020.

Sabrina also has extensive experience in human resources roles at IntegraMed Fertility. From November 2015 to May 2020, they worked as a Regional HR Manager, responsible for strategic coordination of all aspects of HR across multiple clinics nationwide. Prior to this, from August 2011 to November 2015, they held the role of Human Resources, working closely with senior management to develop policies and provide HR support to the Sher Institutes for Reproductive Medicine and its management company.

Before their tenure at IntegraMed Fertility, Sabrina worked at Inova Management Co., providing HR support from August 2011 to April 2014. Prior to that, they served as an Accountant at Inova Management Co. from April 2009 to October 2013, where they worked collaboratively with the CFO and accounting team to manage accounting functions for several companies.

Sabrina's earlier experience includes working as an Office Manager at T.P.S. Painting & Drywall, Inc. from April 2002 to January 2009. In this role, they managed day-to-day operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax preparations, and employee hiring/terminations.

Throughout their career, Sabrina demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws. Sabrina also possesses strong financial acumen from their experience in accounting roles.

Sabrina Rettinger, SHRM-CP, has a comprehensive education history in the field of business administration and human resources. Sabrina earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of Southern Nevada in 2021. Prior to that, in 2013-2014, they attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas where they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.

In addition to their degrees, Sabrina Rettinger has also obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they earned the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). Sabrina also holds a Professional Certificate in Basic Human Resources Management, which was obtained from UNLV Continuing Education in May 2014.
