Robert Monts

Robert Monts currently serves as the Director of Security Operations and Company Services at Encore Wire Corp, a position held since February 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing physical security operations and managing company housing and security licenses. Prior roles include Manager of Security Operations at Encore Wire Corp, Assistant Director/Director of Campus Safety and Security at The Episcopal School of Dallas, and various positions with the Frisco Police Department, including Law Enforcement Professional and Department Training Coordinator. Monts also has experience with the Texas Military Department and the Dallas County Sheriff's Department. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Criminal Justice Administration from Mountain State University, as well as certifications in Emergency Management and law enforcement training from recognized institutions.
