Ms. Freeman drives the business development activities and manages select strategic accounts and projects. Previously, Angie served as director of business development for Oskar-El, a premium electrical control panel manufacturer and industrial automation company located in Sofia, Bulgaria. Angie was responsible for the company’s strategic business development initiatives, key partnerships with companies such as Technip France, Thermon France, COMECA, strategic alliances with companies such as Schneider Electric and Westinghouse, and major projects implementation. Prior to her engagement at Oskar-El, Angie was business development manager for WIRSOL, a global solar energy integrator with over 6,000 installations totaling more than 410 MW. At Wirsol, Angie was responsible for developing the Eastern European solar utility-scale market and managing relationships with key commercial customers in the US.
She holds a BA in International Business and MS in both Political Studies and Finance from Sofia University, Bulgaria. She also has an MBA from Colorado State University. She is a native Bulgarian speaker, is fluent in French, English and speaks passable Russian. Angie has lived and worked in France.
