We connect public school students in under-resourced communities with STEM professionals who are passionate about science, technology, engineering and math. EnCorps offers two key programs: 1) The EnCorps STEM Teachers Program recruits and supports STEM professionals and subject-matter expert ready to explore a career-change to STEM Teaching as an innovative, long-term solution to the STEM teachers shortage. 2)The EnCorps STEMx Tutors Program aims to increase math proficiency and to increase middle school students’ confidence in math by offering online tutoring by a STEM expert.
