Evan Kolber

Evan Kolber has extensive experience in civil engineering and related fields, currently serving as a Civil Engineering Technician at Encorus Group since July 2016, with certifications as an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician and Troxler certified. Prior to this role, Evan worked as a Civil Technician at Applus RTD from October 2014 to January 2016, and as a Production Technician at Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. from July 2007 to April 2014, where responsibilities included delivering pole inspection data to utility companies. Evan's earlier work experience includes positions as a Receptionist at St. Amelia's RC Church Rectory and in Landscaping/Maintenance at the Town of Tonawanda Water Treatment Plant. Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University at Buffalo, earned between 2003 and 2007.
