Armin Pongratz

Armin Pongratz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational logistics and plant management. Currently serving as Head of Operational Logistics at Encory GmbH since June 2022, Pongratz previously held the position of Head of Plant Management at the same company from March 2020 to May 2022. Prior to joining Encory, Pongratz worked at Lidl Stiftung & Co KG as a Projektleiter and Consultant in Operative Logistik International from November 2012 to February 2020, and also gained experience as a Trainee in Lagerlogistik International. Early career highlights include roles as Projektmanager and Assistent der Geschäftsleitung at ArtMo GmbH from April 2008 to October 2012, as well as completing an industrial management apprenticeship at Kermi GmbH from September 2001 to July 2003.
