Theodora Barth

Theodora Barth has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Encory GmbH since October 2019, following a role as HR Manager. Prior to this position, Theodora held various roles at Webasto Group from March 2018 to June 2019, including HR Administrator and Working Student Human Resources. Theodora also gained experience as a Business Development and Marketing Assistant at Micro-Mesh Filtration Ltd. in 2016 and completed an internship in Human Resources at Webasto Group in 2014. Academically, Theodora holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Management and Marketing from Universität Passau, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg. Additional international education includes a stint at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
