Gulara Vahidova

Gulara Vahidova is an experienced professional with over two decades in quality management and engineering within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Quality and HSE Manager at ENCOTEC since December 2000, Gulara is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) and is a practitioner in the Chartered Quality Institute, UK. Gulara's background includes significant roles as an Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer, having prepared engineering documentation for major projects at ENCOTEC and Kvaerner, where involvement in the Kurdamir Terminal Upgrade Project included technical translations. Earlier experience includes a position as Communication Manager at A+A Group of Companies and a specialist role at the State Committee on Science and Techniques focused on database creation for educational institutions. Gulara holds a Master’s degree in Automation and Control in Technical Systems from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
