Timur Volkov

Timur Volkov is a Project Coordinator and QHSE Specialist at ENCOTEC since September 2020, responsible for managing quality audits, developing quality procedures, and ensuring staff training on quality standards. Previous experience includes roles as a Researcher at the Oil and Gas Institute by Azerbaijan National Academy of Science and the Geology and Geophysics Institute, where responsibilities involved 2D and 3D geological modeling, consultations, and system administration. Timur Volkov holds a Master of Science in Exploration and Prospecting of Oil-and-Gas Bearing Basins and a Bachelor of Science in Geology of Oil and Gas from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
