Jen Cox

Jen Cox serves as the Vice President of Product for Predictive Solutions at Encoura, beginning in September 2025. Prior to this role, Jen co-founded and held the position of COO at HAI Analytics from September 2018 to September 2025, where significant contributions included the development of the Insights Dashboard to assist higher education institutions with data-driven decisions. Jen's earlier experience encompasses various leadership roles at Maguire Associates, Inc., specializing in enrollment management services, and academic research at Brandeis University and Elon University, focusing on psychological studies. Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Elon University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Brandeis University.
