Stephenie Halterman possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and project management, currently serving as Sr. QA Engineering Manager at Encoura since July 2011, leading a team of 10 QA Engineers and SDET’s. Previously, as IT Resource Manager at Encoura, Stephenie played a crucial role in product development, overseeing planning, scheduling, and project management to ensure quality delivery. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Resourcing at Premier Studios, contributing to marketing innovations for cause and calling brands, and holding various roles at Nicholson Kovac Advertising as Sr. Broadcast Producer/Art Buyer/Talent Affairs. Stephenie began a career in production at Take 2 Productions, LLC, specializing in visual effects and motion graphic design.
