Adam Jordan

Adam Jordan is a Database Specialist at Encova Insurance since June 2023, with a robust background in software engineering and database management. Previously, Adam spent nearly 13 years at Cardinal Health as a Software Engineer, focusing on SQL Server database performance monitoring, capacity planning, and the management of SQL Database environments. Adam has also worked as a Database Performance Engineer, supporting various database systems including DB2 and Oracle, and was involved in optimizing database performance through tools like SolarWinds DPA and Splunk Dashboard design. Earlier in Adam’s career, a role at Nationwide Insurance as a Software Engineer laid the foundation for expertise in database technologies. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Wilmington College.
