Becky Shaffer

Becky Shaffer, CCP has a comprehensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Becky has been the Vice President of Human Resources Operations at Encova Insurance since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Total Rewards at Motorists Mutual Insurance Co from November 2015 to February 2020. Becky also worked as the Total Rewards Manager at Highlights for Children in 2015. Before joining Highlights, they were the North American Compensation Leader at Honda North America from March 2012 to February 2015.

In addition, Becky has held positions such as Human Resources Director at the Ohio Department of Administrative Services from July 2011 to March 2012, Compensation Manager at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services from May 2006 to July 2011, and Human Resources Manager at the Ohio Department of Transportation from January 2004 to May 2006. Prior to their managerial role, they also worked as a Senior Compensation Analyst at the Ohio Department of Transportation from January 2000 to January 2004.

Becky Shaffer, CCP has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ashland University, which they obtained in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The Ohio State University in 2000. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Dare to Lead Training from Dare to LeadTM Trained in 2022.
