Dino Guanciale

Dino Guanciale has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having held various leadership roles at Encova Insurance and Motorists Insurance Group. From February 2020 to June 2023, Dino served as the Vice President and Business Director at Encova Insurance. In July 2023, they became the Regional Vice President in Commercial Lines for Large OH/MI. Prior to their time at Encova Insurance, Dino worked at Motorists Insurance Group, where they held the positions of Assistant Vice President of Property & Casualty Sales from March 2009 to March 2019, and Vice President of Operations and Sales from March 2019 to February 2020.

Dino Guanciale completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Otterbein University between 1978 and 1982.
