Karen Hardin

Karen Hardin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Karen currently serves as the VP of IT at Encova Insurance, where they focus on developing standard enterprise processes and establishing a strategic operational team. Prior to this, Karen held the position of AVP of Financial Integrations at Encova, where they successfully integrated transactions with the financial system and implemented a new enterprise financial system. Karen has also worked as a Technical Consultant at Motorist Insurance Group and as the President of COFriends, LLC, where they provided consulting services and led various projects. Additionally, Karen has held roles such as Senior Business Analyst at StoneRiver, Inc., Adjunct Instructor at Harrison College, and Chief Operating Officer at KEMI, where they held various management responsibilities. Karen began their career as a Software Design Engineer at Texas Instruments and later worked as the Director of Information Services at Rand McNally, where they developed manufacturing support systems and led projects to improve business processes. Karen is a seasoned professional with expertise in leadership, change management, and technology.

Karen Hardin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky from 1979 to 1983. Later, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005.
