Shelby Paxton

Shelby Paxton, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Encova Insurance, a position held since October 2017. Prior to this, Shelby Paxton worked at BrickStreet Insurance from May 2013 to October 2017, advancing from HR Generalist to Human Resources Associate, with responsibilities that included regional recruiting, college recruiting, intern program management, assessment evaluations, LinkedIn management, career fair representation, and employee onboarding. Shelby Paxton began a career in human resources with two internships at BrickStreet Insurance during the summers of 2011 and 2012.
