Monique Minkens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the domestic abuse support sector and personal training. Currently serving as Executive Director at End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin and holding various positions including Director of Coalition Programs and Program Capacity and Support Coordinator, Monique has demonstrated a strong commitment to advocacy and program development since June 2019. In addition, Monique has been a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise since June 2015. Prior roles include Director of Residential Services and Residential Services Manager at DAIS, and Director of Student Services at Madison Media Institute. Monique's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Counseling and Higher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, an Aesthetics degree from Martin's College of Cosmetology, and certification from the American Council on Exercise.
