Tram Phan (Nhat Tram Phan-Le) has a diverse background in academia and industry, currently serving as a Lecturer, Associate Lecturer, and Researcher at RMIT University since May 2013, and as a Research Assistant at Fight Food Waste CRC since September 2019. In addition, Tram Phan is the Founder and Manager of Herb n' Spice, a role held since January 2018, and will serve as a Teaching Associate at Monash University from January 2023 to January 2025. Previous positions include Social Media Lead at AIA Vietnam, Student Engagement Coordinator at the University of Birmingham, Marketing Communications Manager at Mazars in Vietnam, and Purchasing Manager at Procter & Gamble. Tram Phan holds a PhD in Sustainability Studies from RMIT University, a Master of Science in Marketing Communications from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Commerce from RMIT University.
