End Wise is a grassroots not-for-profit organisation working to advance compassionate, evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapy within palliative and end-of-life care in Australia.

Our vision is a future where psychedelic-assisted therapy is ethically delivered, evidence-based, and accessible within Australia’s palliative care system, supporting people experiencing existential distress at the end of life.

Through collaboration with clinicians, researchers, and communities, End Wise works to ensure that existential suffering is treated with the same seriousness as physical pain. We focus on advocacy and reform, and deliver education and training to reduce stigma, address barriers to access, and support the responsible integration of psychedelic-assisted therapy into end-of-life care.
