A. Fazıl Önder was born in 1952 in Isparta. E.U. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Marketing. He worked in Renk Halı and Classic Carpet companies related to hand-made carpets, which is his father's profession, and in 1990 he became a member of Classic Halı A.Ş.
