Marta López Romera

Marta López Romera has work experience in various companies. Marta worked at Endalia as an HR Projects Manager from November 2020 onwards. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Consulting & Projects Consultant at the same company since November 2016. In this role, their responsibilities included project development and management, team coordination, requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, training, and communication. Marta also provided functional consulting for the implementation of management models and process automation.

Before joining Endalia, Marta worked as an HR intern at Leroy Merlin España from September 2015 to August 2016. Marta also had a brief internship experience at Asesoría Angós Diarte from February 2015 to April 2015.

Marta López Romera completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership at Kühnel Business School from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Zaragoza, which they pursued from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they also hold a B1 English certification from the University of Zaragoza.
