Patricia Nieto Segura

Patricia Nieto Segura has worked as a BPO HR Consultant at Endalia since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at El Rincón from May 2017 to February 2022 as a Técnico de recursos humanos. In this role, they were responsible for personnel selection, including posting job offers, screening resumes, conducting group dynamics and personal interviews. Patricia also managed the timekeeping system and processed payroll using a3 asesor.

Patricia Nieto Segura completed a Master propio en Recursos Humanos (Master's in Human Resources) at Universidad de Zaragoza from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they received a Diplomado en Relaciones Laborales (Diploma in Labor Relations) from the same university, specializing in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal (Human Resources Management/Administration) from 2009 to 2013.
