Alastair Hacking

Alastair Hacking is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and technology consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Vocative since September 2020, Alastair focuses on solving business problems through talent acquisition. Alastair is also a Technology Advisory Community Consultant at Endava, contributing expertise in digital evolution and agile transformation since February 2022. Prior roles include Associate Director at Harvey Nash, where Alastair led the South West division, and UK Operations Director at Randstad Technologies, overseeing the Technology Recruitment division. Alastair's earlier career features managerial positions at MVM Recruitment and Sapphire Technologies, as well as roles in marketing and engineering at Tyco Plastics, Euromoney Institutional Investor, and Halliburton. Alastair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from The University of Sheffield.
