Aleksandra Micovic

Aleksandra (Petrovic) Micovic is currently the Head of Testing Serbia at Endava, where they leverage 6 years of team leadership experience and 5 years in testing web server products. They have held various positions including Delivery Manager and QA Team Lead, managing teams across multiple locations to ensure quality and successful project execution. With a strong background in customer support and a passion for training and knowledge sharing, Aleksandra has contributed to both software quality assurance and project delivery management in multicultural environments. They earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade.
