Alina Miranda is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Endava since June 2025, focusing on attracting top tech talent in LATAM, particularly in cloud technologies. With a robust background in recruitment, Alina has held positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruitment Analyst at Motivus and IDTalento, respectively, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across various regions and managing teams of IT recruiters. Previous experience includes roles at MP Executive Hunt, Mejora Labs, and Advanced Consulting Solutions, where Alina developed expertise in recruitment processes, competency-based interviews, and candidate evaluations. Alina holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac México and served as President of the Federation of Student Societies during the academic tenure.
