Ernesto Szini

Ernesto Szini is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in applications management, infrastructure, and business intelligence. Currently serving as Country Head of AM & Infrastructure at Endava since March 2019, Ernesto leads a multidisciplinary team in DevOps engineering, system support, and cybersecurity, emphasizing product development and continuous improvement. Prior roles include Sr Big Data/BI Manager at OCA, where Ernesto developed a big data department and engineered data solutions, and Sr BI Solutions Manager at Data IQ México, where regulatory reporting systems were implemented for financial institutions. Ernesto has also contributed to academia as a professor in artificial intelligence and business intelligence courses, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires, along with several certifications related to machine learning, business intelligence, and project management.
