Kat Perez is a seasoned professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Head of Product & Design at Endava since May 2021, where leadership involves guiding a team of designers and researchers to achieve impactful client outcomes. Prior to this position, Kat held various roles, including Senior Director of Design at Levvel until the company's acquisition by Endava, and Director of Product Design at Skyrox Studio, LLC, focusing on user-centered solutions and collaboration with clients. Over the years, Kat has demonstrated expertise in leading design teams, conducting user research, and implementing strategies that enhance digital experiences across multiple organizations, including RealPage Investment Management, it's bspoke, American City Business Journals, and Salesforce Maps. Academic credentials include a BFA in Graphic Design and Fashion Design from Moore College of Art and Design.
