Leane Collins

Leane Collins, FCIPD, currently serves as People Director at Endava, leading transformative changes in the global People function to enhance services and streamline processes for growth. With extensive experience at TIBCO Software Inc., Collins held roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Sr Director of HR for EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed adapting the people agenda for a private equity-owned firm, managing complex HR transformations, and overseeing a diverse workforce across multiple jurisdictions. Previous positions include roles at Thomson Reuters, Guardian Newspapers, and Adobe Systems, among others, showcasing a strong background in reward management, HR strategy, and organizational development. Collins holds an MSc in Strategic HR Management from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
