Naren Damodaran

Naren Damodaran is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Head of Reward and People Insights at Endava since November 2024. Previously, Naren worked as an Independent Consultant, providing ad-hoc Reward program consultations to the Tech and Financial sectors. Naren's experience also includes a role as Senior Manager at J.S. Held LLC, where a unified Total Reward approach was developed across global regions, and as Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at Infosys Consulting, focused on designing and delivering global Total Rewards programs. Earlier in the career, Naren served as Senior Lead at Infosys, leading compensation and benefits strategy for various regions. Naren holds a BBM in Marketing from Bangalore University and completed ICSE in Commerce at Clarence High School.
