As the Founding Director of Potential Group Ltd since January 2017, Richard has pioneered Chill & Charge, a prominent UK company that creates branded mobile phone charging zones for events and tradeshows, enhancing brand visibility and addressing the growing concern of low mobile device battery life. With a consultancy role at Endava Private Equity Group, Richard focuses on digital evolution and agile transformation.
