Richard Pugh

Richard Pugh is a seasoned data science professional currently serving as the Global SVP and Head of Data & AI at Endava since September 2023, where responsibilities include guiding customers in exploring AI opportunities. Previously, Richard Pugh held the position of SVP and Head of Data & AI Strategy at RSS Data Science Section since September 2017 and is a founding member of its Data Science Section. Richard Pugh also served as Chief Data Scientist at Ascent from November 2020 to September 2023 and co-founded Mango Solutions in October 2002, where contributions included providing strategic advice to clients on becoming data-driven. Additional roles include President of the RConsortium, Pre-Sales Consultant at Insightful Corporation, Survival Analyst at UK Transplant, and Statistician at MediSense. Richard Pugh earned a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bath between 1994 and 1998.
