Steve Merusi

Steve Merusi is an experienced executive and consultant with a diverse background in management, software engineering, and IT delivery. Currently serving as EVP and US Head of Delivery at Endava since October 2015, Merusi oversees delivery for Healthcare, Telco, and Energy clients in North America. As President of Merusi Management Consulting since September 2009, Merusi specializes in consulting, training, and mentoring for leaders and professionals. Previous roles include COO at Nickelfish IDM, where responsibilities included managing client services before its acquisition by Endava, and Vice President positions at Wyndham Hotel Group and Wyndham Worldwide / RCI, leading significant IT transformations and software development initiatives. Merusi also contributes to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America as a board member. Educational qualifications include attendance at Columbia Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
