Jay Furnish

Jay Furnish is the Vice President of Network & Crew Resources at Endeavor Air. Jay has over fifteen years of experience in leadership roles in the aviation industry.

Jay started their career as a Director of System Planning / Performance, Crew Member Services and Airport Customer Service at Comair. Jay was with Comair for seven years before moving to Delta Private Jets in 2013. At Delta Private Jets, Jay served as the Vice President of Operations for two years before being promoted to Managing Director of Operations Performance and Control. Jay held this role for six months before returning to their position as Vice President of Operations. Jay was with Delta Private Jets for a total of three years before joining Endeavor Air in 2016.

At Endeavor Air, Jay is responsible for leading the Flight Operations, Flight Control and Client Services teams. Jay is also accountable for departmental financial and operational performance, and they develop and leads the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives and policies and procedures.

Jay Furnish's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University and Scott High School.
