Joshua Kobow

Joshua Kobow is an experienced aviation professional with a background in operations management and training. Currently serving as the Manager of the Advanced Qualification Program at Endeavor Air since August 2022, Joshua previously held positions including Flight Coordinator at Minnesota Jet Inc and Manager of Ground Operations Policy, Procedures, and Quality Assurance at Endeavor Air, where responsibilities involved developing compliance procedures, overseeing quality assurance programs, and managing training initiatives.
