Matt Morris

Matt Morris has over 16 years of experience in aviation training and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Flight Standards and Flight Operations Training at Endeavor Air since September 2007. In this role, Matt oversees the management of ground school, flight training devices, and full flight simulator training for a team of over 110 instructors, four supervisors, and two curriculum developers. Previous positions at Endeavor Air include Manager of Flight Operations Ground Training and Supervisor of Flight Operations Ground Training, where responsibilities encompassed leadership, planning, and instruction for more than 2,000 pilots. Prior to Endeavor Air, Matt worked as a Corporate Pilot at North Star Aviation Inc. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
