Rob Truax

Rob Truax is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in technical operations and quality assurance. Currently serving as Sr. Manager for Quality Assurance and CASS at Endeavor Air since August 2021, Rob oversees the Quality Assurance department and leads the Technical Operations Safety Management System. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and VP of Technical Operations at Compass Airlines, where Rob managed over 1,200 aviation professionals and emphasized safety through data-driven platforms. With a strong background in maintenance and engineering across several airlines, including Trans States Holdings and Champion Air, Rob has consistently demonstrated expertise in aircraft maintenance production, quality control, and technical operations. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management from Metro State University and an Associate of Science in Avionics from Alexandria Technical and Community College.
