Santo Bernardo possesses extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as the Manager of Onboard Service Standards at Endeavor Air, Inc. since August 2002. In this role, Santo manages various non-regulatory aspects of Inflight Services, including service standards, communications, uniforms, grooming, catering, and reciprocal cabin agreements. Prior to this position, Santo held roles at Pinnacle Airlines Corp. as Manager of Inflight Line Standards and Catering, and at Mesaba Airlines as Inflight Base Manager and Flight Attendant.
