Shanna Sheen is an experienced business professional with a robust background in flight operations and analytics. Currently serving as the Business Manager for Flight Operations at Endeavor Air since September 2016, Shanna has previously held various roles within the company, including Senior Analyst and Analyst positions focusing on statistical analysis, database management, and crew pay. Prior to Endeavor Air, Shanna worked at Trans States Airlines as a Crew Scheduler and completed an internship as an Executive Research Associate at DHR International, Inc. Additional experience includes roles in customer service at First Wok and academic support at Saint Louis University, where Shanna contributed as a tutor and resident advisor.
