Rachael Hildebrandt

Rachael Hildebrandt, MA PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Endeavor BioMedicines since September 2024, Rachael previously held key positions at Evofem Biosciences, where Rachael was the Head of Human Resources, focusing on women's health. Rachael has also contributed to WCG Cares, overseeing global reproductive health solutions, and led human resources efforts in different capacities at Atlas Nationwide, Inc., Equity Management Inc., and BRG of San Diego. Rachael holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
