Mariana Adensohn

Mariana Adensohn currently serves as Diretor de RH at Loungerie S.A. since July 2025 and is a mentor for the Programa de Apoio a Empreendedores e Scale-ups at Endeavor Brasil since March 2023. Mariana has held significant roles in human resources, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Loja do Mecânico and Facily, where responsibilities encompassed leadership during growth and organizational restructuring, as well as redesigning customer journey processes. Prior experience includes serving as Diretora de People Z-Tech Middle Americas at AB InBev, where Mariana managed comprehensive HR processes while aligning global policies with local needs. Mariana also led human resources in Mexico for iFood, covering HR processes and new business initiatives, and was responsible for HR leadership across LATAM. Previous roles include Director of HR and Social Responsibility at Hyundai Caoa do Brasil, HR Manager at Walmart eCommerce, and Coordinator of Change Management and Culture at TAM. Mariana's education includes credentials from Universidade Paulista and UC Irvine.
