Debbie Bouley has over 30 years of experience in the magazine publishing industry. Debbie started their career as an Audience Development Manager, II at Endeavor Business Media in 1998, where they were responsible for audience acquisition and retention for various publications. Debbie managed budgets, planned and executed marketing efforts, and analyzed promotions for multiple brands.

In the same year, Bouley also joined PennWell as an Audience Development Manager, II and Circulation Manager. At PennWell, they continued to work on audience development and circulation management until 2008.
