Steven Umstead

Steven Umstead is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial services and retail management. Currently serving as the treasurer on the Board of Directors for Endeavor Health Services since 2011, Steven previously worked as a Mortgage Consultant at 1st Priority Mortgage from January 2017 to January 2022. Prior to that, Steven held the position of Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at KeyCorp, successfully growing branch deposits from $95 million to $135 million during tenure from 2009 to 2016. Steven also served as Vice President and Branch Manager at HSBC, where strategic leadership improved profitability in a challenging market from 2001 to 2009. Early career experience includes roles as Store Manager at CVS Pharmacy and Assistant Manager at Tops Friendly Markets. Steven holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Jamestown Community College and studied Business and Distributive Education at Buffalo State University.
