Jeffrey Zakem

Jeffrey Zakem is a seasoned performance and process improvement leader with extensive experience in community health equity, learning technology, and education. Since October 2006, Jeffrey has held various leadership roles at NorthShore University HealthSystem, including System Program Director for Community Impact & Equity and Manager of System Community Health Equity and Engagement. Jeffrey specializes in enhancing team member development and engagement through collaborative educational initiatives, learning management systems, and technology-driven solutions. Prior to NorthShore, Jeffrey served as Lead Instructional Designer at Knowledge Dynamics, Inc., focusing on the development of learning simulations and innovative educational products. Jeffrey holds a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University.
