Nicole Reams

Nicole Reams serves as the Director of the Multidisciplinary Sports Concussion Program at NorthShore University HealthSystem since July 2015, managing a team that includes specialists from various fields to ensure comprehensive care for concussion patients. Concurrently, Nicole holds the role of Associate Director and Unaffiliated Neurotrauma Consultant for the Chicago Bears, providing critical sideline assessments for acute neurological injuries and overseeing player recovery protocols. Additionally, Nicole performs as an Independent Neurologic Consultant for both Northwestern University Athletics and previously for the Chicago Wolves, as well as acting as Medical Chair for the United States Intercollegiate Boxing Association. Nicole's foundational training includes a Sports Neurology Fellowship at the University of Michigan Health System and a Neurology Residency at the University of Michigan. Education was completed at Saint Louis University with an MD and at the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Pre-Medicine.
