Earlier in the career, Orlando contributed as Vice President of Business Development at Vanguard Health Systems and Vice President of Marketing & Development at Mercy Health System. Orlando's early career included a role as Director of Business Development/Associate Administrator at OrNda HealthCorp and a graduate period at Bennington College, where Orlando obtained a BA in Literature & Anthropology.
