Tim Swenk is an accomplished professional in the energy sector with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of the Energy Advisory Group at Endeavor Management since December 2014, Tim provides expert advisory services, strategic organizational transformation, executive coaching, and market research to companies in the oil and gas industry worldwide. Previously, as Senior Director of Global Project Management at McDermott International Inc., Tim was responsible for enhancing project management processes and career development globally. Tim's career began at McDermott as a Project Engineer and included a significant tenure at Fluor, where various leadership roles were held, including Executive Director and General Manager of their Engineering Execution Center in Manila. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and studied global management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
