Corey Butler

Corey Butler has extensive work experience in operations and network management. Corey is currently working as the Senior Director of Operations at Endeavor Managed Services since 2022. Prior to this, Corey worked at GTT as the Director of Network Operations - Service Assurance Americas from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining GTT, Corey held various roles at IPsoft. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Senior Operations Manager for IPsoft South, overseeing operations and staffing for key clients such as McKesson, British Petroleum, and The Home Depot. Corey successfully reduced alert creation and implemented a Regional Value Plan for autonomic time savings.

From 2012 to 2015, Corey worked at IPsoft as the Technical Executive Operations Manager, where they managed the Technical Account Manager role for over 2000 Home Depot locations. Corey received perfect scores on quarterly surveys and played a key role in the growth of the business.

Prior to their time at IPsoft, Corey worked at MegaPath from 2000 to 2012. Corey served as the Director of the SSL Security Operations Center, leading the turnaround of the Global Security Operations Center. Corey also managed the Network Operation Center and business analytics, merging two NOCs and spearheading a business analytics group.

Corey started their career at Verizon Business as a Network Analyst from 1998 to 2000.
