David Fowler has extensive experience in facility management and engineering, currently serving as Assistant Chief Engineer and Lead Building Engineer at Endeavor Real Estate Group since June 2015. Previous roles include Senior Building Engineer at Parkway Properties, Chief Engineer at Lillibridge Healthcare Services, and Facilities Manager at Volusion, where responsibilities encompassed building operations, maintenance oversight, and client satisfaction. As the owner of DEF Consulting, David provided facility management and consulting services to small businesses. With a background that includes positions with Transwestern, Jones Lang LaSalle, Sprint Nextel, and Polaroid, David has honed expertise in managing large facilities and ensuring optimal operational efficiency across diverse industries.
