Olivia McClellan is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager and Senior Property Manager at Endeavor Real Estate Group since January 2018, Olivia has a proven track record of overseeing large portfolios, including a role as Property Manager for Northern California at Shapell Properties, where responsibilities included managing over 1.5 million square feet of retail and office space. Prior positions include Property Manager at Shelter Bay Retail Group, managing a diverse portfolio and a substantial annual budget, and Operations Manager at Triple8 Associates Inc., where Olivia handled sales management and strategic planning. Olivia began their career as Facilities Manager at E*TRADE Financial, overseeing operations for a significant commercial real estate footprint. Holding a BA in Communications with a focus on English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh, Olivia combines strong educational background with rich professional expertise in property management and operational leadership.
