Caroline Firth

Caroline Firth currently serves as Chief of Staff at Endeavor Streaming, where responsibilities include driving cross-functional alignment and managing high-priority projects and business initiatives aimed at achieving cost efficiencies and growth opportunities. Previously, Caroline held the position of Vice President of Customer & Business Operations at Endeavor Streaming, overseeing account launches, project management, and vendor management. From June 2016 to January 2019, Caroline was Vice President of Operations at NeuLion, responsible for establishing and managing the European Operations Division. Caroline also served as Director of Operations at Saffron Digital, where the company garnered multiple awards for its online video platform services. Additional roles include Head of Operations at Filmnight Ltd. and Portal Manager at Apollo Home Entertainment Ltd. Caroline earned a degree from The Open University between February 2010 and December 2011.
